Unending journey of a 20 something Mommy

Today start’s a new journey in my life as I turned 27. I am getting older and I don’t know if I am getting wiser each year (haha *giggles). I have this new career; my first love which is writing. Bagista Filipina is still going strong despite of so many competitors, I’ve got to meet new friends (special mention to my Mommy Bloggers Philippines Family) and I also have so many evolving detractors and haters, and to mention that my health is improving (so far). I have so many roadblocks encountered, but thanks to my family and my very supportive husband for always looking on the bright side when all I can think is to give up.

I want to leave the number 26 with a happy and positive outlook that I can be better than last year. I want to start this day to be thankful for all the new and old people in my life, whether they push me up whenever I am down or destroy me even more. I am especially thankful to those people, that despite all the bad things they told me and they even called me names, because of them I’ve learned to control my emotions and just let go of it and realized that I was not born to please everybody. I am also thankful to my parents for always being there for me no matter what happened. I am thankful for my two precious gifts for being my inspiration in writing our life story. You boys inspire me, every experience you endure I felt it and I wanted to share it to mommies everywhere so that they can be aware about what you have gone through. I am also thankful to my Chinito Boy for being super duper supportive of me and for always reminding me that life is so short, I don’t need to please everyone but myself, for always believing that I stand out in everything I do, for not just being a provider but being a really good father, husband and a true best friend.

I have learned so many things in the past and I will never ask God to make my life easy. I’ve been through so many things, but I end up still standing and still breathing. I think I am a true warrior (even I am an Archer!) in every struggle that I faced I make sure that I still stand with dignity in me.

You may love me or hate me, but this is who I am and this is my journey. This is me no boundaries, just all true.

I am sharing all my favorite quotes about my journey, struggles, happiness, sadness and everything that I am now.

  1. Happy Birthday Razel! You are very young and there is a lot more to discover and to achieve. I am sure with your smart disposition and kindheartedness you will reach your goals in no time. Don’t let anybody take you down and please don’t ever stoop down for them.

I am in my forties- (yes, halata ba?) and I am still in a process of learning on how to deal with all kinds of people but what the heck! If you believe in what you are doing is right you don’t have to explain nor take note of what they think about you. You are your own unique creation and enjoy life to the fullest! This is just an unsolicited advice from someone older….God Bless!

  2. Happy birthday Razel! You truly are a strong woman. Here are a couple of quotes to add to your list:

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11.

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” Deuteronomy 31:6

I pray for unending joy. 🙂 May you continue to inspire others
