Top 5 must try food at Wheatberry Bakery and Café

Weekends are always for family anf riends to catch up on how was our week have been and we usually go for a cozy place where we can eat and have chit chat for quite sometime.

I’ve found a new bakery/café where every weekend they have a brunch buffet at a very affordable price of P345 net for adults and P175 net for kids. I won’t let you wait for my top 5 must try food at Wheatberry Bakery and Café.

Mango May Cake P890
RATE:  5/5

I love anything Mango, specially this cake from Wheatberry. The mango is not too sweet nor too sour it just have an exact taste of it and the chiffon is supper moist and has little bubbles on it. (super siksik siya) I think this cake will surely taken its rival.

Pork Barbeque from the Weekend Buffet
RATE:  4/5

Look at that! I mean, I can still remember the taste and the smell of this dish even I was just look at this photo. It’s super tasty but not over powering and I love how they make it into little strips. This is a must try!

Fish with Mango Salsa from the Weekend Buffet
RATE:  3/5

I told you I love anything Mango, but I don’t really like eating fish, but I made an except with this one since it has mango salsa on it. Wish they have put some onions on the salsa to have a little tangy taste on it and I also wish that they have more salsa on side.

Cinnamon French Toast with Honey from the Weekend Buffet
RATE:  3/5

I love French toast and cinnamon specially when they are combined. I think this dish needs a little more cinnamon coz I can’t really taste it when I’ve tried it.

Macaroni Salad from the Weekend Buffet
RATE:  4/5

This is also a must try to their weekend buffet. If you love onions with Macaroni Salad I think you’ll not love this dish, but I think its creamy enough and very healthy.

Inside Wheatberry Bakery and Café

It’s not very spacious, but I love the interior and the lighting inside the café. They also have a lot of frames which shout outs food and cakes. Wish they did a different set up for their buffet, it looks like a private gathering not a weekend buffet open to all.
