Second week of Delicious Diet Meal

It’s been the second week and I am get used to eating less and eating fish and veggies which I don’t normally eat. Though sometimes, I missed the food my mom is cooking and seeing them eating the my fave sinigang and adobo makes me wanna ditched this diet. But I love taking the challenge to eat healthy and to prove I can lose this fats.

On weekends, I normally eat my mom’s cooked food, but I eat less rice and more of the “ulam”. I am just really fortunate that my mom is cooking food with less salt and umami seasoning. My last weight check is 72kgs and this week it still remain. It makes me feel frustrated special I do pilates twice a week, but I think I am getting used to the pain it gives.
