Save My Bag x Ken Samudio

Here’s something new from Save My Bag, another young artist joined the roster of creative and stylish team. Ken Samudio, an internationally acclaimed accessory designer who is a marine biologist by profession and then began designing accessories  as a hobby. Despite having no formal training in fashion and accessory designing, he is just armed with raw and natural talent.

Ken help no less than the global style icon Josie Natori who took him under her wing and  that opened many doors for him, he was handpicked by the British Fashion Council and Sarah Mower of Vogue US on two occasions to participate in London Fashion Week he is also selected by Vogue Italia as one of the Vogue Talents for accessories in 2014.

That is why Ken caught the attention of the principals of Little White Box, the local pedlars of Save My Bag and introduces him to Kiana and after an intensive and artistic meeting they came up with a very beautiful creation.

Ken’s design is very artsy and it also mimicking a reef like structure, but in a very colourful way. He also uses acrylic beed and indigenous and recycled materials which is can be found in the country.

“My work is evidently inspired by the wonders of nature,” Ken relates. “There’s simply so much beauty to be found there!”
