Welcoming 2016 on a higher note was Haier’s aim as it released new appliances in its dedicated efforts to reach international markets, particularly in the USA. Haier closed 2015 with flying colors as it was again named the World’s No. 1 Home Appliance Brand by Euromonitor for seven consecutive years. With such recognition, Haier continues to be a global leader in home appliances and build-on to the rapid growth it had last year.
Here in the Philippines, Haier had introduced and released different appliances of high quality, yet with affordable prices. They are consistent in delivering new products in driving their business. For Haier group, business is its main core, but in their hearts, the center is always the consumer. They also provide innovations and value-added services to their vast offering of products for every Filipino household.
With its vast range of quality products, they had also launched a new product line namely the Small Domestic and Kitchen Appliances. The new product line offers new coffee makers, ovens, electric kettles, induction cookers, gas ranges, and kitchen hoods.
Adding to the currently released products are Haier’s Side by Side, Two-door Top and Bottom Mount Inverter, and French Door Refrigerator. These products feature a silent compressor, rapid-cooling refrigerant, and innovative energy-saving inverter technology. Aside from its energy saving technology, it also boasts a sleek and modern look, that will surely complement any kitchen.
New television sets had also been announced such as Haier’s Android, Smart, and ULTRA 4K HD LED TVs display showed in full HD and are compatible with tablet and smartphone media sharing. The Android TV is also capable of downloading Google applications directly. The B7000U ULTRA HD 4K TV is also slated for release during Q1 of this year, along with a few more SMART and Android TVs.
In addition, Haier had also launched the Top Load Washing Machine, it comes with different functions. It can also be personalized for ease of use.
Lastly, a new Split-type and Window-type Inverter Air Conditioners have also been released. Haier has changed its warranty terms as it extends two years for parts and labor as well as five years for the compressor for all window-type air conditioners. Such terms favor the customers showing Haier’s is going far beyond the industry standard in reaching out to its customers.
This 2016, Haier wants to achieve at least 40% in its sales growth with currently new products to push the business..
They are also to continue their expansion as they make their products more available in major stores such as SM, ABENSON, Anson, and Robinsons. To further make product accessible, they are also considering the aspect of entering E-commerce.
Internally, they are also putting a premium on team empowerment and open communication. For the young President & CEO, Nobuhito Hayashi, effective communication translates to speed. Hayashi further encourages Haier Philippine employees to be at their best and to be involved in each of the company’s projects.
