My fitness journey with Delicious Diet Meals

I’ve been eager to lose all of the fats and muscles I gained from using steroids due my back pain. If you notice, I’ve been writing about Delicious Diet for 3 weeks now and I am so satisfied with the food they are cooking my their customers. I love the fact that I can still eat food like hamburger without feeling guilty about it.

On my last blog entry, I have told you about my weight gain from being 40-45 kgs I am now 73kgs. That was a lot of fats that I gained and thankfully I have my two partners to help me get back into shape (that would be Delicious Diet and Vivian Zapanta Pilates Studio).
