It is not every day that most people would come in to a buffet restaurant and have their lunch from work and try to stuff themselves within that very brief break. But it is also not every day that people get to celebrate something, like their birthdays, an anniversary, a job promotion, or even a wedding proposal. This is what Feast International Buffet wanted to focus on, these moments when people gather and celebrate some milestones in their lives over a feast of good food and good company.
Feast International Buffet is the first restaurant of its kind to open in Clark Freeport Zone, catering to the local taste with its array of signature dishes, comprised of Filipino and International cuisines. It is a big opportunity that Globalpinoy Cuisine Corporation took, seeing that Clark is emerging as a fast growing metropolis. It is also an opportunity for the local market to get a taste of other cuisines to satisfy their discerning Kapampangan palate.
With Feast’s presence in Clark, more Kapampangans can now enjoy a variety of dishes, all under one roof.
“Going to a buffet has always been related to celebrations, and with Feast, we are offering a variety of cuisines, from their Filipino favorites to the taste that we have grown to love, like the Chinese, American, and Japanese. This makes it easier for everyone who visits to choose, which dishes they like with friends and family who may be wanting a different cuisine” Globalpinoy Cuisine Corporation Board Member and Managing Partner, Mr. Dennis Dy explains.
To keep the customers looking forward to their next visit to Feast, the kitchen staff has been busy in featuring different international cuisines every month. “Every month, our customers could expect that there will always be something new on the menu, so that there will always be a reason to come back here, aside from celebrating a milestone in their lives,” Feast’s Chef Consultant, Chef Dennis Peralta says. “Not only that we are going to feature unique cuisines from around the world, but we have also partnered with some of the top chefs in the country to help us in bringing these dishes on our menu through their guidance and expertise.”
“The spread of choice in our buffet is small, compare to the other buffets we have in the country. Our focus is on maintaining a high standard with the dishes that we pull out of the kitchen, which includes the quality of our ingredients and the consistency of our cooks,” Dennis Dy explains. “Having a different featured cuisine every month has kept the kitchen staff excited to learn new things, which keeps them always sharp and passionate about cooking,” Chef Dennis adds.
“In any business, you always need to have a passion for it. If you don’t have the passion, or the love for it, nothing will happen,” Dennis Dy expounds. The front of house staff is as passionate as their counterparts in the kitchen, and are willing to go the extra mile in making the guests feel welcomed and comfortable during their stay at Feast. “We want our customers to feel homey whenever they dine out here,” Dennis Dy adds. “We want our customers to enjoy their dining experience, and feel relax and comfortable as well.”
