I love Adobo specially when there is no sauce. I love how Adobo can be part of my family and let my kids experience that this dish has so many stories to tell and it can be our national dish.
The Datu Puti Adobo Movement was created to push Adobo to be our National dish because it celebrates our cultural heritage which is passed along time. Pushing Adobo to be the National sig has reached and had been echoed in Congress. Thanks to Bohol 1st District Representative Rene Relampagos who filed the House Bill 3926 in 2014, which sought to formally declare Adobo to be the national dish. Datu Puti Adobo Movement has drawn support for the bill and started the launching of the advocacy in June 2015.
Here are the entries from the Datu Puti Adobo Movement
