We have tried Epilogue Restaurant in S Maison last Tuesday as they treat media and bloggers to a sumptuous dinner. The ambiance of the restaurants says it all that they are in for good food, good ambiance and good company with friends and families.
I am not a fan of fusion cuisine, but I tried it first here in Epilogue. They are serving fusion of Japanese and European cuisines which has distinct flavors, techniques and style.
Though the food they serve is sampler, I did enjoy it and here are the food served on their grand opening last Tuesday:
Watermelon Gazpacho, Escabeche and Foccaccia
Consommé Royal, Catfish croquette and Canard
Salad Vert and Nougat Ice
