After the huge success of Visit the Philippines 2015 campaign, the Department of Tourism and the Tourism Promotions Board are launching another campaign that will entice a lot of foreign visitors to go back and visit the country again. The new campaign is Visit the Philippines again 2016 (VPA2016), this campaign targeted a lot of foreign investors and travellers to experience again the beauty of the Philippines.
Visit the Philippines again will drive foreign travellers to a new and exciting attractions that will showcase the beauty and warmth welcome of the Philippines. This campaign will drive a lot of travellers to experience a fun, friendly, feel god adventures and fab memories to cherish this coming year.
There will be also top notch events that travellers will make their stay worthwhile, the event includes, the Asian Tourism Forum 2016, Routes Asia 2016 for jetsetters and business people, Madrid Fusion 2016 for foodies, 2016 Ironmman 70.3 Asia-Pacific Championship for sports and outdoor enthusiast, and the MTV Music Evolution 2016 for music and concert junkies.
The Philippines registered a total of 2.6 million International visitors from January to June 2015 alone has a lot of total earnings generated from tourism activities 111.05 billion for the first six months of 2015. With all the new fantastic offerings, it will be another bright year for the tourism sector. DOT and TPB intend to remain aggressive and competitive in getting its share of the tourist market next year. They are confident that more foreigners will choose to travel to the country and will be more delighted to return to the Philippines this this 2016.
