Numerous restaurants can also be seen lining up its streets. Some people even claim that this place offers the best restaurants you can dine in the Philippines, which is pretty convenient for foodies because they are all in one place.

The same thing cannot be said for the entirety of Asia. Its best restaurants have been spread all throughout the continent, which is reasonable given that it is an enormous continent.

The Gaggan restaurant in Thailand is the brainchild of Chef Gaggan Anand. Its signature dishes are the result of blending molecular gastronomy with Indian street food. The amuse bouche – a best-seller – is basically a burst of mango chutney that has been combined with spherified yogurt.

The second best restaurant on this list and the best restaurant in Singapore is Restaurant Andre. Chef-owner Andre Chiang, who has had a Japanese and Taiwanese heritage, serves re-interpreted southern French cuisine that uses elements from Asian countries.

Amber in Hong Kong is being helmed by Richard Ekkebus, a culinary director. It serves notable dishes like the Jerome Galis green asparagus, which uses raw and marinated kibinago as one of its primary ingredients. Its menu is basically consisting of French cuisine that has a Hong Kong edge to them.

This award winning Italian restaurant is captained by Chef Umberto Bombana. He named it after Federico Fellini’s beloved 1963 movie. This place has been dubbed as the “King of White Truffles” in Hong Kong and has managed to snatch two Michelin stars on its seventh month after opening.

 Nahm is currently headed by Chef-owner David Thompson, who originally comes from Australia. But don’t be fooled by his nationality for this place is well-known for serving authentic Thai dishes. Thompson actually based all of them from the recipes found on Thai memorial books.

Narisawa, the best restaurant in Japan, is popular for its theme, “harmony of sustainability and gastronomy.” Its chef, Yoshihiro Narisawa, believes in following the epicurean ecology. He makes sure his ingredients have been sourced and produced by organic farmers.

The menu in this place constantly changes as it adapts to the current season and its available produce.

Asia truly offers many rich flavors that people from across the world can taste and enjoy.
