It has been another delicious…, rather diet-licious week for me! For a number of weeks now, I am getting more used to or I should say I am now well-accustomed to eating less but nutritious food and not to forget…delicious food. Whether fish or just veggies alone, it is easy for me to eat such unlike before…, that would be an issue.
We all know that when we talk of “healthy food stuff”, it tends to sacrifice the good taste of the food and most of the time, it is focused on fish and veggies. But with Delicious Diet, they continue to serve not only with nutritious food but delicious food. Thus, making it easier for me to have my diet and at the same time, to enjoy eating great food. In addition, it is not mainly the usual healthy food stuff fish and veggies. They also offer beef, chicken and pork meals that is health beneficial. Definitely it is eating without the guilt.
