Sit straight but not too relax.
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar asked us to sit up straight, but not too relax. So we can concentrate on our meditation.
Try to sit still and avoid movement
After closing our eyes and sitting up straight we were asked to sit still and avoid movement and to internalize the meditation.
Lastly, Focus on the breathing
Paying attention to the breathing is really an important aspect of meditation. And always remember to keep it natural.
It was really a great opportunity to personally experience the mediation Sri Sri Ravi Shankar has done. It helps me to forget about all the bad things happening in my life and also encourage me to think positively.
